What to Expect

Your first session at BoFit will begin with an orientation and Q&A about your fitness goals and then on to the workout. This bootcamp has been expertly built to address a variety of fitness goals, from weight loss to improved sport performance. Take part at your own pace, within your own limitations, while being gently encouraged to do more than you thought you could. You'll surprise yourself!

Spirit of the League This is a no-judgement, all welcome environment. Join to help improve your overall health in a fun and supportive environment. Please review FCSSC's Conduct Policy before registering.

League Format

Each week instructors will offer various one hour total body workouts using the below exercises:
Functional Circuit Training: A high intensity, interval-training session with a focus on both strength & conditioning. 
Core & Torso: A core & upper-body-focused training session that works the chest, back, shoulders & more, improving posture & building athletic strength. 
Kettlebell Training: A powerful mixture of functional & high intensity circuit training that improvesg strength and power in the upper body, lower body & core, all while increasing co- ordination, joint mobility and overall endurance.
TRX Training: An effective total-body workout, TRX Suspension Training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Number of Participants A minimum of 8 participants are required to run the class. Maximum of 16 people per class.

Equipment

Bring your own running shoes, towel and water. More details will be shared with paid participants closer to the first session.

Age & Waivers All players MUST be 19 years of age or older, no exceptions.
All players MUST sign a waiver before playing, no exceptions. Signing the waiver on-line is super easy, just follow the steps during registration & checkout.

Rules

Participate at your own pace! Challenge yourself and modify if required to suit your abilities.

Indoor shoes ONLY!

Children are not allowed in the workout area.
