Sport Info

Spirit of the League This is a RECREATIONAL, NON-CONTACT league; a FOR-FUN, super-sportsmanlike version of the game. Competitive players are encouraged to choose a different league in which to play. Please review FCSSC's Conduct Policy before registering.
League Format

Each week teams will play for 55 minutes against one opponent.

FCSSC reserves the right to run a seeding/qualifying round at the start of the season, should league size require it. Qualifying rounds are typically 3 weeks long and enable FCSSC to more evenly seed pools, for the remainder of the season. This ensures that all teams have enjoyable competition each week (blowouts and mercies are no fun!). If this format is required after registration closes, top teams will be placed into Pool A and the remaining teams will be placed into Pool B. Teams will start with a 0-0 record at the beginning of pooled play.

Seeding/qualifying does not affect the total number of games in the season. For example, 10 week season on Tuesdays would break down to 3 qualifiers + 5 round robin games in pooled play + 2 weeks of playoffs.

Number of People on Court

At least 2 females, and 2 males. 5 players total.

Recommended Roster Size

7-9 players. Please include any known subs on your roster in our system when you register, for ease of mandatory waiver signing. Subs are free to play.

All (non-personal) sport equipment provided by FCSSC. Teams are asked to bring their own ball for warm-up. See RULES for regulations equipment details.

Age & Waivers

All players MUST be 19 years of age or older, no exceptions.
All players MUST sign a waiver before playing, no exceptions. Signing the waiver on-line is super easy, just follow the steps during registration & checkout.
