One Hit Wonders: Volume One

Spirit of the League This program is focused on getting active in the community while enjoying the company of other like-minded individuals. Please review FCSSC's Conduct Policy before registering.
League Format We will try something different each week. A league schedule will be emailed by the Friday before the first night with all of the information required to enjoy yourselves each week.

Number of Participants

This league requires a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 15 participants to run successfully.

Equipment

FCSSC will provide all equipment for each activity. Participants are required to bring their own personal equipment/gear (eg. helmets for cycling). Participants are required to dress appropriately for the varying activities as some occur indoors and require athletic gear whereas other activities occur outdoors and require members to dress according to the weather.

Participant Information All program details will be emailed to paid registrants on the Friday before your first class.  Make sure to check your junk mail and select "receive emails from FCSSC" under your player profile.
Age & Waivers All players MUST be 19 years of age or older, no exceptions.
All players MUST sign a waiver before playing, no exceptions. Signing the waiver on-line is super easy, just follow the steps during registration & checkout.

Rules

One Hit Wonders Rules   

There are no rules for this league. However, an integral part of all the activities that the Forest City Sport & Social Club offers is sportsmanship and to have FUN...NOT on competitive and aggressive sport.

Location

The location for the program will vary from week to week and the schedule will be sent to all paid participants after the registration deadline and before the first night of activities. Please note personal transportation is required for some activities (not on bus route) and carpooling is encouraged among participants.
